Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian in a message to his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan stressed Iran’s determination for reinforcing bilateral and regional cooperation with Armenia, the website of the Government of Iran reports.
In his message, Amir Abdollahian congratulated his Armenian counterpart on the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Iran and Armenia.
He noted that Iran was one of the first countries which recognized Armenia independence.
Over the last year, the relations between the two countries have been expanded in various fields, and with the signing of several documents, the legal basis of cooperation has been strengthened.
