The transfer of US troops in Europe is exacerbating military tensions in the region. Alexander Grushko, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia announced.
“These are unjustifiable, destructive steps, which exacerbate the military tension, narrow the field of finding political solutions”, Grushko said.
According to him, it is a step “which will only bring joy to Kyiv's authorities, who will continue to sabotage the Minsk agreements.”
On February 2, Pentagon had reported that additional military units will be transferred to Romania, Poland and Germany.
