Arshak Manukyan, the Consul General of Armenia in Erbil visited Halabja and Sulaymaniyah Governorates in Kurdistan Region in Iraq, during which he had efficient and warm meetings with the management and staff of the PUKmedia, as well as the management of the University of Halabja.
Arshak Manukyan also visited the memorial for the victims of a notorious chemical weapons attack of Halabja in 1998.
