Solemn events were organized in military units on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the formation of Armenia’s Armed Forces, Armenia’s Defense Ministry reports.
Solemn lines were held, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the formation of the RA Armed Forces a number of servicemen were encouraged by the command.
In the churches and chapels near the places where the military units are permanently located, as well as in ‘Yerablur’ military pantheon candle lighting ceremonies were held. In ‘Yerablur’ and in the city pantheons the servicemen paid tribute to the memory of the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the Homeland and laid flowers at their graves.
High-ranking servicemen, members of the Union of ‘Yerkrapah’ Volunteers, representatives of local self-government bodies, clergymen, relatives of servicemen took part in the organized events.
