The search for the bodies (relics) of servicemen and civilians killed during the 2020 battles was carried out today by a rescue detachment in the occupied northeastern part of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) in the direction of Mataghis.
The search here did not yield results, instead in the morning Azerbaijan handed over to the State Service of Emergency Situations in Shushi the body of one Armenian soldier found from Vorotan.
His identity will be confirmed after the forensic medical examination.
A total of 1707 bodies have been found and confirmed since November 13, 2020.
