In this context, were any steps taken to stop the invasion of Armenia by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and expel them from the territory of the Republic of Armenia? Parliamentarian Artsvik Minasyan asked the question to the Foreign Minister of Armenia at the Parliament-Government question-and-answer session.
“CSTO and bilateral mechanisms other than direct military intervention are used to prevent the Azerbaijani troops from deepening in the sovereign territory of Armenia or penetrating the sovereign territory. In the area where the Azerbaijani armed forces invaded, work is underway to withdraw,” Mirzoyan said.
