Russia is concerned that the troika of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will not be able to visit Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by Ambassador Alexander Lukashevich, Permanent Representative of Russia to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), at the online briefing with RT.
"What worries us? The fact that the three co-chairs are still unable to visit the region, get acquainted with the situation, and take concrete measures to assist the parties, to establish contacts between the people, to resolve humanitarian issues," he said.
At the same time, the Russian diplomat expressed hope that, nonetheless, the Co-Chairs will be able to visit the region in the near future, as well as talk with the political leadership of both Armenia and Azerbaijan.
