The search for the bodies (relics) of the missing servicemen and civilians killed during the 2020 battles was carried out today by a rescue detachment in Varanda (Fizuli) region. This is stated on the Facebook page of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“Unfortunately, these works have not yielded results today, due to unfavorable weather conditions.
A total of 1705 bodies have been found and confirmed since the ceasefire.
The State Service of Emergency Situations will provide additional information on the results of the forthcoming search activities,” the note reads.
