France welcomes the Russia-US dialogue. The statement came from French President Emmanuel Macron during a press conference with European Council President Charles Michel, TASS reports.
“I consider it positive that Moscow and Washington are talking to each other,” Macron said in response to a question about the January 10 talks between Russia and the United States.
The French President expressed support for the continuation of the dialogue in Europe in order to find ways to reduce tensions. “Our goal is to create a common security architecture,” Macron said.
