Ahmet Davutoğlu, the former Turkish Prime Minister, currently the founder-chairman of the opposition "Future" party, referred to the CSTO peacekeeping operation in Kazakhstan’s territory.
He particularly posted on his Twitter page:
“I am deeply sorry for the developments in recent days in fraternal Kazakhstan, the central state of the Turkic world. It is also concerning that because of those developments they had to ask help from the CSTO chaired by Armenia”.
