A total of 265 calls were received at the 911 call center of the State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) from January 1-4, 97 of which were of cognitive nature.
During the first four days of the New Year, 4 cases of fire were registered, 3 of which were in landfills and 1 in a dry grass area. Firefighters responded to all calls and extinguished the fire.
Five household calls were registered during the mentioned period. The operative group on duty of the special emergency response unit opened two doors and one elevator, transported 4 citizens with health problems.
The rescuers dragged the car in the area of Sardarashen village of Askeran region.
Two alarms were registered by citizens regarding the discovery of ammunition. One grenade without an explosive was found in Stepanakert-Shosh section, and one bullet bomb - in V. Barepasht Street, Stepanakert. The sappers quickly eliminated the danger and moved the ammunition to a safe area.
