Russia has strongly contributed to the normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan, according to the "Main foreign policy results of 2021” document published on the website of Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry.
“Russia has strongly contributed to the normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan, including the solution of such issues as the creation of a bilateral Commission on Delimitation of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border with its subsequent demarcation, as well as unblocking of economic and transport links in the South Caucasus.
On December 10 meeting of consultative regional platform in 3+3 format (three Transcaucasian states – Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, as well as three neighboring countries – Russia, Turkey, Iran) – took place in Moscow, so far without the participation of Georgia,” the document said.
