The ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund continues the project on improvement of water supply system in Chartar town of the Martuni Province of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The main problem of the population living in Chartar and engaged in cattle breeding and agriculture, is poor water supply system. The consequences of the war made the issue even more serious and the need to solve it very exigent.
