Summarizing 2021 from the point of view of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, the Official Representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs named Nagorno-Karabakh conflict one of the most difficult, protracted and bloody. She stated that the trilateral announcements of the November 9, 2020 were overall implemented during the outgoing year. According to Zakharova, Baku and Yerevan remain committed to further implementation and strict adherence to all of its provisions.
The Russian Diplomat wished Armenia and Azerbaijan peace and patience in regulating the confrontation.
“I wish Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as all those experts who work, including from the Russian side, those who are protecting the situation on the ground from any new complications, first of all, peace, patience and luck in this very difficult mission of regulating one of the most difficult, protracted and bloody conflicts”, Zakharova said.
Zakharova expressed hope that everything will work out if all the sides put maximum efforts.
