Stanislav Zas, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), who is in Armenia with a working visit, visited the Memorial of the Armenian Genocide on December 23 accompanied by Armen Ghevondyan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Viktor Biyagov, the Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of Armenia in the CSTO.
