On December 21, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Spain Sos Avetisyan presented the copies of his credentials María Sebastián de Erice García de la Peña, Head of the Protocol Department of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
During the private conversation after the official ceremony, the latter congratulated Armenia’s Ambassador on his appointment, noting that during his tenure, Ambassador Avetisyan can count on the full support of the Spanish Foreign Ministry.
The parties expressed confidence that the Armenian-Spanish relations will continue to develop in a number of spheres of mutual interest.
