The administrative territory of Ivanyan community of Askeran region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has turned into a big construction site in recent months.
Large-scale construction works of new districts are being carried out in several places at once, which are aimed at overcoming the situation caused by the war by creating a new housing fund and providing permanent housing to the displaced population.
On one of the construction sites, 15 three-storey (and one underground floor) buildings are currently under construction. The buildings will have, respectively, 12 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms. At the moment, the construction works are in different stages, from the construction of the foundation to the preparation of the walls and the preparations for the construction of the roof.
The construction project of the district is implemented with the financing of the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund.
