The FlyOne Armenia company informs that exclusively all the flights from Yerevan to Russian Federation from December 20-January 31 have been cancelled. The announcement emphasizes that the reason is the circumstances emerged regardless of the company.
The airline assures that it will provide the quick and safe transportation of all the passengers scheduled for December 17-19 to their destinations, just as it has already provided the transfer of the passengers of the flights canceled on December 15 and 16.
“The Company suggests all the passengers of the canceled flights a full refund or money transfer in the name of the passenger in the virtual wallet of the online environment of the FlyOne Armenia Company. If the ticket was acquired with the help of a travel agency, the company asks to apply to the agency for the return or the change of terms of the ticket.
Our employees will continue to stay in constant and personal contact with the passengers of all the flights to Russia to solve any emerging issue fast and on time. The service for the company’s passengers will be available with enhanced mode.
We inform that all the flights of the company in other directions will be implemented according to the pre-announced schedule”, the announcement of the company says.
