The Ministry Of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic Of Artsakh reports that the mobile communication failures are conditioned by the silencing of frequencies by the Azerbaijani side.
“We are taking steps to solve the issue with negotiations. We urge you to refrain from unnecessary speculations”, said in the Facebook post of the ministry.
