The large-scale construction works in the Province of Askeran of the Artsakh Republic implemented within the program of providing housing for displaced residents because of the war continue.
In the administrative territory of the Hovsepavan community, construction works on districts are being implemented in two places at once.
One of the districts will have 77 mansions, of which the 22 will have three rooms and 55 will have four. At the moment the basics are being constructed.
The project is implemented with the help of the Artsakh Government and “Hayastan” all Armenian fund.
