Serdar Kılıç, the Turkish former Ambassador to US will be the Special Representative of Ankara on the issues of normalizing the relations with Yerevan. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu informed.
According to him, lately Yerevan and Ankara made a number of positive announcements. The Turkish diplomat announced the necessity of strengthening the mutual trust.
