The first session of the “3+3” format cooperation platform in South Caucasus will take place on December 10 in Moscow at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
It is mentioned that it will be devoted to the issues of “providing regional peace and stability”.
The representatives of Armenia, Russia, Iran, Turkey and Azerbaijan will participate in the session.
