We will ensure the opening of communications; we are interested in it. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during the Parliament-Government question and answer. Speaking about the legal part of the issue, Pashinyan stressed, “that the road should be under the sovereignty of Armenia, should act according to Armenia’s legislation. This is our general perception, this is the official position of Armenia.”
The Prime Minister spoke about the routes.
“I would divide the issue into two parts: the railway route, where we have one option - the Yeraskh-Ordubad-Meghri-Horadiz railway, which must be restored. And we are discussing several options related to roads, I hope we will come to quick solutions and agreements,” Pashinyan said.
