I would like to first reaffirm point by point the statement issued by our Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan during a question-and-answer session between the Parliament and the Government.
He reaffirmed that the discussions or negotiations are based on the November 9, January 11, Sochi trilateral statements.
“Any issue beyond that is not even discussed, so to speak about any oral discussions or verbal agreements is inappropriate, absolutely inappropriate,” said Mher Grigoryan, noting that Armenia has so far been consistent, and is implementing or trying to fully implement the provisions under which it has signed.
“Nothing is being done outside that framework,” Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
