At the beginning of the session of the National Assembly, the deputies observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the Spitak earthquake.
“Today is the day of remembrance of the victims of the Spitak earthquake, I offer to observe a minute of silence in their memory," said Deputy Speaker of Armenia’s Parliament Ruben Rubinyan.
