The situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border has relatively stabilized, but tensions remain. CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov stated this in an interview with Sputnik.
“The tension is first of all conditioned by the unregulated borders, the fact that the process of exchanging prisoners of war is unfinished. The issues outlined in the trilateral statement signed by the heads of state require solutions, too,” Semerikov said.
