Today, at 13.00, Azerbaijani servicemen entered the neutral zone next to the administrative area of the Chartar town of Martuni of the Artsakh Republic and used violence on the resident of Artsakh born in 1956, after which he was transferred to Azerbaijani base where he was deliberately and illegally killed.
