On December 1, the meeting of the Governor of Gegharkunik Karen Sargsyan and Sergey Kopirkin, the Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia took place, the Gegharkunik regional administration reported.
The sides discussed issues of social-economic development in the region, the activity of the Russian companies in the province, the upcoming working visit of the governor to the Russian Omsk province, the current state and prospects of the interregional cooperation, as well as the border situation in the province.
