Georgia reported 3,731 coronavirus cases, 4,295 recoveries, and 72 deaths on December 2, the official figures show, the First Channel informs.
50,626 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 31,151 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 19,475 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 7,37%, while 8,53% in the past seven days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 853,833, among them, 796,453 people recovered and 12,191 died.
There are 33 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 6,541 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 1,144 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.
As of today, 2,197,83 people got the coronavirus vaccine, with 11,099 in a day.
