The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan sent a letter of condolence to the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The letter particularly says:
“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, we learned with deep sorrow in Artsakh about the unfortunate accident in Russian province Kemerovo which took dozens of human lives.
From the people, the authorities of Artsakh and myself, I express condolences and support to the relatives and friends of the miners who were the victims of a tragic disaster.
I wish a fast recovery to all of the victims.
At this difficult moment we share the sorrow and pain of loss with the brotherly Russian nation.”
