Russia in 2022 has the prospect to reach the production volume of 2 billion vaccines doses against coronavirus, said the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, Russia Today reports.
Already 100 million vaccines have been introduced into circulation in Russia, he added.
“These are the two-component Sputnik V, Sputnik Light, and other vaccines that are registered in Russia. And by the end of the year only 300 million doses will be produced,” Manturov said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that Russia had reached the production of 150 million sets of vaccines against coronavirus infection per quarter.
