On November 19, the Armenian Vice President of the National Assembly Hakob Arshakyan, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Andranik Kocharyan, the Member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Hovik Aghazaryan, the Member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Artur Davtyan and the Member of the Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration Aleksey Sandikov took part in the works of the joint online meeting of the CSTO Parliamentary Assemblies Permanent Commissions through video conference.
At the joint online meeting of the CSTO PA Permanent Commissions, a number of items were debated and approved by the representatives of parliaments of participant countries. The members of the Armenian Delegation presented proposals regarding some issues, and they were accepted.
Andranik Kocharyan presented to his colleagues the statement by the Armenian side on the Azerbaijani aggression of November 16, its consequences and the victims.
Highlighting the prevention of such steps, the MP considered necessary the undertaking of practical steps by everybody on the unreserved and complete withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
The voting of the debated draft laws will be held during the CSTO PA plenary meeting of November 29, which again will take place through video conference.
