Today, the regular session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council started in Yerevan, the leaders of the governments of the member countries arrived in Armenia to participate in it.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Mikhail Mishustin, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Roman Golovchenko, the Belarus Prime Minister, Askar Mamin, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akylbek Japarov, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan arrived in the Presidential residence.
The Prime Ministers of Eurasian Intergovernmental Council member countries were photographed together, after which the meeting with a narrow composition started. Tomorrow the session will be held with the extended board.
“Eurasian integration is among the priorities of the Armenian government”, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
“Hosting this session, we have tried to create as convenient conditions as possible for the discussion of the agenda. In addition to discussion of issues on the agenda, the live communication of our delegations is also very important”, the Armenian PM mentioned.
“This meeting is very important to us. We are happy to receive high-ranking guests in Yerevan, to hold an Intergovernmental Council meeting, to contribute to the strengthening of the union.
