We urge to immediately cease fighting and resume substantive negotiations, including under the auspices of the Minsk Group Co-Chairs, US State Department stated in response to ‘Lurer’s’ inquiry.
“It is necessary to find comprehensive solutions to all outstanding issues related to or resulting from the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” State Department said.
