The CSTO is closely monitoring the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, but no official application has been received from the Armenian side yet. The statement came from the CSTO Secretariat, RIA Novosti reports.
The organization noted that the border situation should be resolved only through peaceful, political-diplomatic means.
