Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on relieving Arshak Karapetyan from the post of Armenia’s Minister of Defense.
“Based on the suggestion of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, to dismiss Arshak Karapetyan from the post of Minister of Defense,” the presidential decree reads.
