A criminal case was initiated in the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on November 13, 2021 at around 07:00 am in connection with an incident provoked by a serviceman of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
An investigation is underway.
The Investigation Committee will provide additional information on the case.
