Artak Beglaryan, the State Minister of Artsakh Republic delivered a lecture in the center of Human Rights and Peace of the Columbia University in New York.
The director of the Peace-building and Rights Program David Phillips stressed in his speech the necessity of paying international proper attention to implemented and implementing Azerbaijani crimes, presenting the fact-finding activities started by the center. He also valued the fast and fair settlement of the conflict as the regional long-lasting peace cornerstone.
Artak Beglaryan presented the main types and examples of the implemented crimes by Azerbaijan during the 2020 war, emphasizing that a number of violations of Artsakh people rights are continuous. He especially stressed the brutal crime in the Shushi entrances on November 8, because of which one was killed and 3 injured.
The State Minister mentioned the importance of international inclusion for the settlement of the conflict and the defense of Artsakh people rights.
