Georgia reported 4 445 coronavirus cases, 3 508 recoveries, and 77 deaths on Friday, the official figures show, the First Channel reports.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 1 704 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 868 cases, and the Shida Kartli region with 431 cases.
A total of 50 782 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 30 215 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 20 567 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 8,75 %, while 10, 02 % in the past 14 days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 775 826 among them 708 820 people recovered and 10 816 died.
There are 55 people quarantined, 6 856 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 1 324 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are placed at the government-assigned facilities.
As of November 12, 2 032 939 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 7 103 in a day.
