From November 1 to 7, 2021, 641 calls were registered at the 911 Call Center of the State Service of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
Firefighters made three exits during the week. The officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs responded to all the calls in time and isolated the fire.
On November 3, at 9:16 pm, the Martuni Regional Emergency Department received information about a fire that broke out in the Kagharts community of the Martuni region.
Firefighting and fire isolation works were carried out by two fire brigades of the fire and rescue unit of Martuni Regional Emergency Situations Department, 5 residents of Kagharts community assisted in the works. The fire was contained at 22:50 and extinguished at 00:30.
Unfortunately, the two-story house belonging to N.G. completely burned down, inside which his body was found.
The State Fire and Technical Safety Inspectorate are investigating the case.
Special teams of the Special Rapid Reaction Unit did not leave last week to search for the bodies or relics of servicemen killed or missing during the battles.
As a result of the searches carried out in the occupied territories of Artsakh since November 13, 2020, a total of 1697 bodies have been found and evacuated so far, including civilians.
In order to find and destroy ammunition of different types and calibers, sapper groups, together with partner organizations, carried out reconnaissance activities in all regions of the country on a daily basis.
During the week, 16 cluster missiles, 25 explosives, 2 anti-aircraft missiles, 1 rocket launcher, 7 cannon shells, 4 air bombs and 8 hand grenades were found and neutralized.
Last week, 23 calls of man-made nature and 29 calls of social-domestic nature were registered. The rescuers opened 6 doors and 1 elevator, transported 4 citizens with health problems, five exits were made to supply water to the population, and they responded to 13 other household calls.
During the week, 3 traffic accidents were registered, during which 6 citizens were injured. The rescuers provided the necessary assistance to the latter, after which the injured were taken to appropriate medical institutions.
