On November 5, a requiem service was held at the Armenian Holy Cross Church in Erbil in memory of the immortal victims of the 44-day Artsakh war, which was attended by Consul General Arshak Manukian, consulate staff and representatives of the Armenian community of Erbil.
Wreaths were laid by those present on the khachkar (cross stone) placed in the churchyard. A holy liturgy dedicated to the memory of the innocent victims was also held at the Armenian Church of St. Nerses Shnorhali in Duhok, Iraqi Kurdistan.
