Gegham Stepanyan, Ombudsman of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) in the framework of the cooperation between the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh and the Center for Truth and Justice (CFTJ, https://cftjustice.org/) met with the members of the fact-finding mission group (students of Law Department at State University of Artsakh), collecting evidences and documenting the crimes of Azerbaijan. This is stated on the Facebook page of the Artsakh Human Rights Defender.
“CFTJ was founded in 2020, after the Artsakh war, to preserve the testimonies of victims of war crimes. The Center trains teams in Artsakh and Armenia in accordance with international legal standards to conduct evidence-based interviews. The mission of the CFTJ is to create a living monument to crimes against humanity,” the statement reads.
