The Investigative Committee of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has accepted proceedings for the criminal case that has been filed in connection with the fact that on October 3, 2021, at about 08:00, a group of Azerbaijanis stole from the neutral zone of Chartar town in Martuni region of Artsakh 32 cows and 13 calves belonging to a resident (born in 1956) of Chartar causing him property damage of AMD 12,370,000 (about $26,000).
The Artsakh Investigative Committee informs that the respective investigation is underway.
