During his regional visit to the South Caucasus and while in Armenia, ICRC Vice President Gilles Carbonnier met families of missing people and civilians living in communities along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
He discussed their concerns and reiterated ICRC’s commitment to continue addressing their needs.
