“According to the draft, the 2022 budget revenues comprise AMD 1 trillion 946 billion (about $4 million 55 million), which is higher by 17% compared to 2021 and by 25% compared to 2020,” Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the discussion of the bill ‘On Armenia’s state budget for 2022’ at the joint session of the NA standing committees.
“Expenditures amount to AMD 2 trillion 190 billion (over $4 billion 562 million), which is 10% more than in 2021, and 16% more than in 2020.
“Armenia’s 2022 state budget draft envisages increasing the capital expenditures by 55%, they will comprise AMD 347 billion (about $723 million),” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
