On October 21, Artak Beglaryan, State Minister of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) presented the post-war situation in Artsakh, the latter’s respective security and humanitarian challenges, as well as the work done and future plans.
Beglaryan held talks in Los Angeles with the spiritual leaders of the local Armenian community and the management of the Armenian National Committee of America – Western Region (ANCA-WR).
In these meetings, Beglaryan presented the post-war situation in Artsakh, the latter’s respective security and humanitarian challenges, as well as the work done and future plans, and lauded the Armenian diaspora’s assistance to Artsakh.
The parties discussed the avenues for strengthening of Artsakh-Armenian diaspora ties as well the solution, through joint efforts, of the post-war humanitarian issues of Artsakh.
