Minister of High Technological Industry of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan met with the Minister of Economic Development of Italy Giancarlo Giorgetti within the framework of his working visit to the Republic of Italy, Armenian Embassy to Italy reports.
Giancarlo Georgetti welcomed the visit of the Armenian delegation and expressed hope that it would contribute to laying a solid foundation for partnership. In this context, the Minister emphasized the intensification of the work of the Armenian-Italian intergovernmental commission.
Vahagn Khachaturyan thanked for the hospitality and expressed readiness to work so that the meeting of the Armenian-Italian intergovernmental commission could be organized as soon as possible.
During the meeting, the opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the field of high technologies, the implementation of joint programs were discussed, as well as the agenda for the development of cooperation was outlined.
