On October 22, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan received Helene Sand Andresen, the new appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway.
During the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged thoughts on the issues of bilateral agenda and expressed readiness to expand the agenda more and implement the cooperative potential fully.
Ambassador Helene Sand Andresen particularly mentioned that the democratic values, human rights, rule of law, education and energy security are the spheres in the framework of which Armenian-Norwegian relationships can develop more.
The sides referred to issues of regional security and stability. The SC Secretary emphasized the importance of unblocking to formulate a safe environment in the region.
Both sides valued the role of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
