Armenia and Sweden will cooperate in the agenda of reforms of the Ministry of Justice. During the meeting in the Armenian Ministry of Justice, Karen Andreasyan, the Minister of Justice and Patrick Swenson, the Ambassador of Sweden to Armenia agreed on this.
The Ambassador of Sweden Patrick Swenson congratulated Minister Andreasyan on being appointed and referred to the general directions of cooperation, the rule of law, human rights, fight against corruption.
Karen Andreasyan presented to the Ambassador the agenda and the priorities of the reforms of the ministry.
The Ambassador valued the continuous provision of the restarted bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Sweden in 2019 and referred to the programs implemented with Armenia, particularly, in the spheres of strengthening the democracy and the defense of human rights.
