Il-76MD aircraft of the military transport aviation of the Aerospace Forces of Russia delivered to Yerevan another batch of humanitarian cargo for needy migrants and large families of Nagorno-Karabakh. The humanitarian aid was collected by charitable organizations and loaded onto a military aircraft at the Chkalovsky airfield in the Moscow region.
They also delivered equipment for educational institutions in greatest need of reconstruction in remote areas of the region, located on the line of demarcation of the parties.
To deliver the humanitarian cargo, an automobile convoy has been formed from the Russian peacekeeping contingent, which will march over 300 km from Yerevan to Stepanakert.
Further, the cargo will be distributed and transferred by the peacekeepers to each needy resident of Nagorno-Karabakh, according to information collected by the public reception of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
